You should also find a way of combining something else with your physical activity. For example, if your goal is to walk 14 000 steps a day, walk to work. Although crisps and pizza sound like a good idea when lying on your sofa, they will cost you your waistline and your money. Eat a balanced and healthy diet to improve your energy levels. Avoid snacks and fatty foods if you want to feel stronger and lose weight.
